Shipping Policy

Order Processing
Orders are prepared and shipped within one business day after the order is placed. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Method and Delivery Time
Orders are shipped through USPS Ground Advantage. Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days after shipment. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by postal delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Where We Ship
We ship to all 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as United States PO boxes and APO/FPO military addresses. International shipping is not currently available.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated according to the total shipping weight of the order and are shown during checkout before payment is completed.
Tracking
Tracking information is provided after an order ships. Please allow time for USPS to receive the package and update its tracking record.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
All shipments are insured. If an order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at admin@mccabefamilysauces.com. We will review the shipment and replace the affected product.
Address Corrections
If an address needs to be corrected, notify us as soon as possible. We will update it at no charge when we receive the correction before the order ships. Because orders normally ship within one business day, address changes should be submitted immediately.
